Endless Gravel Crew

FAQ

Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions

What is ENDLESS?

ENDLESS Gravel Crew (formerly Never Gravel Enough) is a community project born in Warsaw in 2023. We’re building a community centered around gravel cycling enthusiasts. We believe that the pinnacle form of cycling is romantic cycling – and a gravel ride always tastes better with company. We like intense days on the bike. We like to ride far and explore the unknown. After the ride, we like to share good pizza, drink aromatic coffee, and chat about cycling plans in a relaxed atmosphere.

What can I expect?

Weekly Group Rides

From early May to the end of September, we ride every Thursday after work. These are shorter spins, 40–70 km, always finishing with pizza. About once a month, we also do a longer weekend ride, from 80 to 180 km depending on the season and daylight hours. On weekends we explore areas further away from Warsaw.

Weekend Camps

Every 3–4 weeks between May and September, we organize weekend camps in different parts of Poland. At camps we ride at a relaxed touring pace, not as hard as on the regular group rides. The 2025 season started with an amazing May long weekend in Suwalszczyzna. Later in the season we visited places like Beskid Sądecki, Jeseníky, Kashubia, and Masuria. For 2026 we’re preparing more new destinations – details coming in spring.

International Camps

Epic gravel adventures in the most beautiful corners of Europe and beyond. Our program includes proven classics we return to every year – like Andalusia and Girona – as well as special destinations.

In summer 2025 we crossed central Norway, and in autumn we ventured into the epic Anti-Atlas. For 2026 we’re preparing, among others, a wild journey through Albania, central Norway, and a mind-blowing, lunar ride across the Badlands.

Professional Photo Coverage

We create unforgettable memories. At every camp and group ride we bring photo gear and prepare a professional story. We do our best to give you a beautiful keepsake. Full high-resolution galleries are shared with all camp participants for non-commercial use. Riding with us on group rides? You can also access our photo archive via subscription in our online store.

How fast are the group rides?

Our rides are said to be fast, but that’s only half true 🤔 On group rides we split into three groups:

Espresso – the fastest gravel rides in town. Not a race – we ride responsibly, take short breathers, but push hard on the forest sections. The pace is set by the fastest in the group, so intensity depends on who shows up. Can’t keep up? No problem – you can drop and wait for the second group.

Macchiato – fairly strong, but with a splash of milk ;) A steady, lively pace with occasional fast efforts, but without going all-out. We also pick up riders who dropped from Espresso.

Latte – relaxed rides, paced for conversation. Latte is all about the social vibe – we wait for each other and never leave anyone behind in the dark woods. Usually, Latte takes a shorter route.

At the finish line, all groups meet up for pizza! 🍕

Where can I find ride photos?

Photos from all rides and trips in full resolution can be found at photos.endlessgravelcrew.com. Access is subscription-based and available via our online store. If you join us on a camp, access to photos from that camp is included in the price.

What should I know before joining a ride?

For everyone’s safety, the following rules apply on our group rides:

  • helmets are mandatory,
  • bikes must be in good working condition (no aero bars),
  • we follow traffic regulations,
  • we bring basic tools, a spare tube, a pump, and lights,
  • we ride responsibly, point out holes, and warn each other of hazards.
  • during group rides, we take photos that may include your image. The photos are used in accordance with our privacy policy.

Participation in rides means acceptance of these rules. Everyone takes part at their own risk, and we recommend having insurance covering at least third-party liability.

What trips do you organize?

We organize two types of camps – weekend camps in Poland (summer season) and international camps (year-round).

Weekend camps

Taking place every 3–4 weeks in summer. Typically we meet Friday evening, start with a campfire, and then ride two days in the area (e.g. Suwalszczyzna). We also run traveling weekend camps – riding from point A to B with luggage transported by a support car (e.g. Jura or Tatra Mountains).

International camps

Week-long (or longer) adventures in the most stunning corners of Europe and beyond. Most take place from autumn to spring, when conditions in Poland are poor – with the exception of northern destinations, where we go in summer. Some camps are stationary or semi-stationary (e.g. Girona, Andalucia), others are point-to-point journeys with a support car carrying the luggage (e.g. Albania, Norway or the Badlands).

I want to join a camp. Will I manage?

Looking at photos and stories from our gravel adventures, you might wonder if this is for you. Aren’t we riding too fast? After all, our Warsaw group rides are known to be quick. But let us assure you – camps are different.

Our trips are not training camps. All our international adventures focus on showing you as much beauty as possible in the spirit of romantic cycling – meaning we ride more for exploration than performance. We always stop at cafés or restaurants along the way, we don’t rush. We also avoid stacking tough routes on consecutive days, giving time for rest and recovery.

That said, our camps are not easy, beginner-friendly tours – we ride in beautiful regions, which are rarely flat :) Most projects are aimed at intermediate riders who are not afraid of climbing.

On most camps we split into two groups, differing in route length and elevation gain – so that nobody gets exhausted, but also that stronger riders don’t leave unsatisfied. Our goal is to make sure everyone finds their place.

Are you operating legally?

Of course! All our trips are organized in compliance with the Polish Act of November 24, 2017 on package travel and linked travel arrangements (Dz. U. poz. 2361).

The Organizer of the camps under the Act is Jan Szuster, registered as a tour operator under entry no. 42860, with the required insurance guarantee provided by Wiener TU S.A., valid until 31.07.2026 (policy no. COR666141), protecting clients against potential insolvency of the organizer. All camps contribute to the Tourist Guarantee Fund.

I’d like to lead rides. Can I join you?

Absolutely! During the season our rides are crowded, and an extra ride leader is always welcome. Reach out via email at info@endlessgravelcrew.com or phone at +48 696 369 340 – we’ll be happy to meet and discuss. And yes, we’ll make sure to say thank you in more than one way.
