TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall mean:
Organizer – Jan Szuster (Tax ID: 5342655439), operating under the brand Endless Gravel Crew, under the domain endlessgravelcrew.com, responsible for organizing camps and running the online store.
Camp – a cycling event organized by Endless Gravel Crew, including both international camps and weekend camps in Poland.
International Camp – an event organized outside of Poland, requiring a written agreement with the participant.
Weekend Camp – an event organized primarily in Poland, with participation confirmed through registration and a deposit payment.
Participant – a natural person taking part in a camp organized by Endless Gravel Crew.
Store – the online store operating at endlessgravelcrew.com, run by the Organizer.
Client – a natural or legal person, or an organizational unit, placing an order in the Store.
Terms & Conditions – this document setting out the rules for participation in camps, use of the Store, and the use of participants’ likeness.
2. General Provisions
2.1. The Organizer of camps, group rides, events, and the operator of the online store under the domain endlessgravelcrew.com is Jan Szuster (Tax ID: 5342655439).
2.2. The Organizer can be contacted at: info@endlessgravelcrew.com.
2.3. These Terms & Conditions define the rules regarding:
- participation in camps organized by Endless Gravel Crew (both international and weekend in Poland),
- use of the online store,
- use of participants’ likeness,
- liability of the Organizer and participants.
2.4. Participation in a camp or making a purchase in the Store constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
3. Camps Organized by Endless Gravel Crew
3.1. International Camps
3.1.1. A contract for participation in an international camp is concluded in writing between the Organizer and the participant.
3.1.2. Confirmation of participation requires a deposit payment in the amount specified in the contract, within the deadline indicated by the Organizer.
3.1.3. The remaining balance must be settled no later than on the first day of the camp. Failure to pay on time results in cancellation of the reservation without refund of the deposit.
3.1.4. A participant may withdraw from the camp:
- up to 60 days before the start – free of charge, with a full refund of the deposit,
- up to 30 days before the start – refund of the deposit minus 20%, or transfer of the full amount towards another camp,
- less than 30 days before the start – no refund (unless the place is filled by someone from the waiting list).
3.1.5. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the camp for reasons beyond its control (e.g. force majeure, insufficient number of participants). In such case, participants receive a full refund of payments made.
3.1.6. The Organizer is not responsible for:
- loss or damage of participants’ equipment,
- delays in transport and communication,
- random events beyond the Organizer’s control.
3.1.7. Regardless, the Organizer provides travel insurance covering Accident, Medical Expenses, Rescue, Third-Party Liability, and Baggage. The policy with coverage limits will be sent to participants no later than 3 days before the start of the trip.
3.2. Weekend Camps in Poland
3.2.1. A contract for participation in a weekend camp is concluded through registration and deposit payment – no written agreement required.
3.2.2. Confirmation of participation requires a deposit payment in the amount specified on the website, within the deadline indicated by the Organizer.
3.2.3. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days before the camp. Failure to pay on time results in cancellation of the reservation without refund of the deposit.
3.2.4. A participant may withdraw from the camp:
- up to 30 days before the start – free of charge, with a full refund of the deposit,
- up to 14 days before the start – refund of the deposit minus 20%, or transfer of the full amount towards another camp,
- less than 14 days before the start – no refund (unless the place is filled by someone from the waiting list).
3.2.5. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the camp for reasons beyond its control. In such case, participants receive a full refund of payments made.
3.2.6. Each participant is required to have a functional bicycle, helmet, and basic equipment, and to arrange their own accident insurance (NNW).
3.2.7. The Organizer is not responsible for damages caused by the participant or resulting from force majeure.
4. Online Store endlessgravelcrew.com
4.1. The online store operates at endlessgravelcrew.com and is run by Jan Szuster (Tax ID: 5342655439).
4.2. Purchases may be made by adults or minors with the consent of their legal guardian.
4.3. The order process includes: selecting products, adding to the cart, providing personal details, choosing payment and delivery options, and confirming the order.
4.4. Payments are processed via electronic payment operators or traditional bank transfers.
4.5. Delivery is carried out according to the chosen option and the price list available on the Store website.
4.6. Clients have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason, by sending a declaration of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the client.
4.7. Complaints regarding goods may be submitted by email to: info@endlessgravelcrew.com . Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.
4.8. All materials available in the Store (graphics, logos, designs) are the property of Endless Gravel Crew and protected by copyright law.
5. Use of Participants’ Likeness
5.1. During all events organized by Endless Gravel Crew, photos and video recordings are taken.
5.2. Participation in an event constitutes consent to the free use of the participant’s likeness by the Organizer for:
- non-commercial purposes – publications on Endless Gravel Crew social media (Instagram, Facebook, Strava),
- limited commercial purposes – through sharing materials on a paid photo service run by Endless Gravel Crew at http://photos.nevergravelenough.cc/.
5.3. The Organizer is not obliged to inform participants each time their likeness is used.
6. Liability and Safety
6.1. Participants take part in camps at their own risk.
6.2. Each participant must wear a helmet and ride a technically sound bicycle.
6.3. Each participant should be equipped with lights and basic tools.
6.4. For safety reasons, bicycles equipped with aero bars are not allowed at camps or group rides.
6.5. The Organizer is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from a participant’s breach of safety rules.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date of publication on endlessgravelcrew.com.
7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. The amended version shall apply from the moment of its publication on the website.
7.3. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
