Back to Girona: join us in Catalonia’s gravel gem!

Girona – a picturesque town that’s home to countless Instagram influencers and ex-pro riders. The gravel capital of Europe. A place where gravel, road, and MTB bikes can all meet in the same café. We’re neither pros nor influencers, but we know Girona and its surroundings really well.

Why Girona? Because it’s a truly unique spot in Europe, steeped in cycling culture and offering incredible variety, with phenomenal riding conditions no matter what type of cycling you love.

We’ve been here five times already, return regularly, and know the area like locals. We have tried-and-tested routes, accommodations, cafés, and restaurants – so why not come back to such a reliable favorite? Ride with us and experience Girona’s magic for yourself!

Flights

You book your flights on your own. Recommended connections:

  • 03.10: Wizzair Warsaw - Barcelona (05:40-08:45 lub 15:55-19:00)
  • 11.10: Wizzair Barcelona - Warsaw (9:30-12:35 lub 19:45-22:50)

No need to buy checked baggage – we transport your luggage and bike by van.

For the above flights we provide airport transfers, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. If you choose different flights, just send us your schedule — we’ll try to arrange an alternative transfer.

Transport

Two days before departure (01.10) we pack all bikes and luggage into our van in Warsaw, with an additional pickup stop in Katowice and Wroclaw. Two days after the return flight (13.10) we’ll deliver the bikes and luggage back to the same locations.

If you're coming from another part of Poland, let us know in the registration form — we’ll try to work something out.

Accommodation

A full week in one place is a bit too much, so we’ve split the trip into two bases:

  • The first 4 days we’ll spend in a charming villa with a swimming pool, located a few kilometers outside Girona. We’ll have the entire property exclusively to ourselves, including the surrounding grounds. The villa is fully equipped with a proper kitchen, 4 bathrooms, a large living room, and a courtyard. Rooms are double and triple.
  • The next 4 days we’ll stay in apartments in Girona. Our base is located right in the city center, by Plaça de Catalunya. We’ll have three stylish apartments at our disposal, all equipped with kitchens. Double rooms only.

For an additional 1200 PLN, single-room accommodation is available.

Welcome Pack

Welcome to the family! ENDLESS is more than just bikes – it’s a set of values and a way of life. We focus on quality accessories – no cheap, mass-produced gear. On the camp, you’ll receive a welcome pack from us:

At the first camp of the year: cycling socks and a water bottle.

The socks are made in Poland by Raso, using high-quality materials. The bottle? BPA-free, dishwasher-safe, and most importantly – it does not affect the taste of your drink.

At the second camp of the year: a t-shirt and a bandana.

A high-quality organic cotton t-shirt (230 g/m²) with embroidered chest logo. The bandana is sewn in Poland from soft, lightweight cotton – the most stylish accessory for a gravel look, perfect both on and off the bike.

At the third camp of the year: the Isadore x ENDLESS cycling jersey.

A top-tier summer cycling jersey, designed in collaboration with the Slovak premium cycling apparel brand Isadore. A tailored fit, made in Slovakia from the highest-quality, breathable and soft-to-the-touch fabrics.

Payment Terms

  • PLN 1400 within three days of submitting your registration (as confirmation of your spot)
  • PLN 3300 no later than on the day of the trip

After submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation email along with the agreement and detailed Terms & Conditions. You can also find the details in general Terms & Conditions.

Routes

There are simply too many beautiful gravel loops around Girona to ride them all in a single week. That’s why we’ve put together a carefully curated week-long package featuring all the must-ride spots. Expect stunning premium gravel roads and flowy singletracks, mixed with the occasional touch of mountain rubble. The routes are not technically demanding, aside from a few short sections. We recommend gravel tires around 45 mm wide or more.

During the first three days, we’ll explore the areas west and north of Girona. We’ll ride to the summit of Rocacorba, visit the medieval old town of Besalú, and descend a spectacular scenic gravel road to the Presa de Susqueda dam. We’ll stop for coffee by Lake Banyoles and visit the factory store at the nearby Haribo plant.

In the second part of the trip — after changing base — we’ll discover a true cycling playground: the Les Gavarres mountains. This low mountain range stretching above Girona is crisscrossed with a dense network of beautiful gravel roads and singletracks. We’ll climb the iconic Els Àngels, descend for lunch at the local Dos Kiwis brewery, take a recovery ride to the seaside town of Sant Feliu, and visit Girona’s legendary cycling cafés: Espresso Mafia and La Fàbrica.

Each day we offer two route options and split into two groups with different difficulty levels:

Group 1 – on average 50–90 km and 800–1,600 m of elevation gain per day Group 2 – on average 90–130 km and 1,500–2,500 m of elevation gain per day

The routes for both groups largely overlap, so that at least once a day the whole crew meets for coffee or lunch.

Note: we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary that do not significantly affect daily distances or total elevation gain.

Guides

Janek

Janek

Lover of all kinds of adventure cycling. Rides his bike more than 300 days a year. Most enjoys exploring the world from the perspective of two wheels, which he does at every opportunity. Rides in the mountains, takes photos, drinks coffee and eats pastries. The architect of routes and camps, and main photographer.

Doma

Doma

Loves to pet doggies and eat jellies. Also rides all year round, regardless of the weather. Apparently, the only kind of cycling she does is romantic cycling. You won't find her at races or on a trainer. But don't get it wrong - she rides over a dozen thousand kilometers every year. The most emphatic part of ENDLESS - always ready to help when needed, and won't leave you behind in the woods.
