Experience an Exotic Gravel Adventure in Southern Morocco!

Dreaming of an exotic cycling adventure in Africa? We present the most epic adventure of the year — a camp in southern Morocco. You know us — nothing on this trip will be ordinary. Instead of taking you to the crowded, touristy High Atlas, we offer something even more exciting. We’re heading into the wild, lunar landscapes of the Anti-Atlas. To places where mass tourism never reaches. Our focus is on real, authentic Morocco, far from the tourist hustle. Of course, we won’t skip the must-see highlights — like the vibrant, bustling Marrakech.

This is not an experiment or a promise based on internet photos. We’ve been there twice — we know this route, these roads, this landscape. We know where the views will take your breath away, where to slow down, and where to let yourself ride in a long, hypnotic rhythm. That’s why we’re returning — to show you the wildest Morocco in its finest form. The ANTI-ATLAS Camp is 12 days of incredible adventure in spectacular surroundings. Endless empty spaces, otherworldly rock formations, and majestic mountains await. We’ll experience Berber hospitality, learn about the local culture, taste their cuisine, and drink plenty of sweet mint tea. We’ll marvel at stunning night skies at the edge of the world, fully escaping the Polish November reality for 12 days. Expect hundreds of kilometers of perfect gravel and old asphalt winding through endless landscapes, canyons, and mountain passes. The route passes through the lunar Anti-Atlas, touching parts of the High Atlas — including the Rose Valley. It’s designed to maximize the region’s potential: epic views are the norm, and car traffic is practically nonexistent. With the support of our technical vehicle, we ride light and stress-free. Our driver handles logistics and organizes picnics in the middle of nowhere, so we can focus fully on riding and the journey. This is 12 days of real, proven adventure in authentic Morocco — far from tourist traps and mass-market clichés.

All photos on this page are from last year’s edition of this very camp.

The trip dates may shift by 1–2 days if flight schedules change.

Transport

In Marrakech, we meet our drivers at the airport, load the bikes (in boxes/suitcases) into the van, and drive to the base near Ouarzazate. All transfers within Morocco are done in a 4x4 car or minibus – no public buses or taxis will be used. Throughout the trip, a technical vehicle will accompany us to carry luggage between accommodations, provide water and food during the day, and offer technical support if needed.

Accommodation

The trip is point-to-point but looped, starting and finishing at the same location. Our base camp will be an oasis near Ouarzazate, where on the first day we’ll leave suitcases, bike boxes, etc., and where we’ll finish our cycling loop. Luggage will be transported by the support vehicle during the ride – we ride light.

Since we’ll be traveling through remote, less touristy areas, the accommodation standards vary greatly. We’ll stay in both quite comfortable hotels and more basic guesthouses at the “end of the world.” All locations have running water, though some nights may be without electricity (a power bank is recommended). All nights include breakfast and dinner (except Marrakech, where only breakfast is provided). Meals are available in both meat and vegetarian options.

The last two nights are spent in a traditional riad in Marrakech to allow time for sightseeing and relaxation.

Note: we recommend bringing a lightweight sleeping bag, as nights in the mountains can be chilly.

Optional upgrades: double room for an additional 600 PLN/person, single room for 1200 PLN/person.

Welcome Pack

Welcome to the family! ENDLESS is more than just bikes – it’s a set of values and a way of life. We focus on quality accessories – no cheap, mass-produced gear. On the camp, you’ll receive a welcome pack from us:

At the first camp of the year: cycling socks and a water bottle.

The socks are made in Poland by Raso, using high-quality materials. The bottle? BPA-free, dishwasher-safe, and most importantly – it does not affect the taste of your drink.

At the second camp of the year: a t-shirt and a bandana.

A high-quality organic cotton t-shirt (230 g/m²) with embroidered chest logo. The bandana is sewn in Poland from soft, lightweight cotton – the most stylish accessory for a gravel look, perfect both on and off the bike.

At the third camp of the year: the Isadore x ENDLESS cycling jersey.

A top-tier summer cycling jersey, designed in collaboration with the Slovak premium cycling apparel brand Isadore. A tailored fit, made in Slovakia from the highest-quality, breathable and soft-to-the-touch fabrics.

Route

We have a total of 9 cycling days, during which we’ll cross much of the Antiatlas range and, at the end, touch the High Atlas. Midway through the camp, we have a rest day in Agdz – a short optional ride will be available for those who want, but it’s perfectly fine to stay at the hotel and relax.

In terms of numbers, this isn’t a particularly difficult trip – the average for the whole camp is around 85 km and 1,200 m of climbing per day. The route was fully ridden and verified by us last year. It’s rideable, but depending on the weather it can be more or less technically challenging (think peanut-butter-like mud, debris from heavy rains, etc.). Occasionally, there are sections with loose, rocky surfaces, but overall the route is not highly technical – mostly smooth gravel. We recommend a gravel bike with tires 45 mm or wider, or a hardtail MTB. Tubeless is mandatory!

Shops are scarce along the way, but we have the support vehicle. Every day, our driver will prepare a picnic at a designated spot, which is also a chance to refill water. Thanks to this, we are fully self-sufficient and don’t have to worry about access to stores.

Note: we reserve the right to introduce changes to the itinerary that do not significantly affect distances or total elevation gain.
